RBTI (Reams Biological Theory of Ionization)

What RBTI Measures:

Using urine and saliva samples, RBTI evaluates 7 key values:
  1. Urine Brix – Sugar levels in the urine (energy/sugar handling)
  2. Urine pH – Mineral reserve (alkalinity/acidity in urine)
  3. Saliva pH – Digestive strength (especially liver and bile flow)
  4. Urine Conductivity (Salt) – Electrolyte and mineral balance
  5. Cell Debris – Cellular waste and stress on the kidneys
  6. Nitrate Nitrogen – Protein digestion
  7. Ammonia Nitrogen – Protein breakdown and liver/kidney load
.
It’s a health analysis method developed by Dr. Carey Reams that uses urine and saliva testing to evaluate how well the body is functioning at the cellular and energy level — helping guide nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle choices for better balance.

What RBTI Tells Us:

RBTI doesn’t diagnose disease. Instead, it helps identify:
  • How efficiently the body is absorbing nutrients
  • If there’s too much or too little energy available
  • Stress on key organs like the liver, kidneys, pancreas, and adrenals
  • Imbalances that lead to fatigue, bloating, poor digestion, hormone issues, and more

🛠️ What Makes It Unique:

  • It views the body through the lens of energy balance and ionization (how your body exchanges minerals, fluids, and electrical charge)
  • It's non-invasive, affordable, and fast
  • Practitioners use the results to guide food choices, supplement protocols, and lifestyle changes

🌿 Your RBTI Analysis + Wellness Plan
Goals:

  • Continue healthy weight loss (target: 40 more lbs)
  • Regain back mobility
  • Support healing from ulcerative colitis
  • Balance gut biome after years of immunosuppressants and antibiotic exposure

  • Optimize RBTI numbers and stay on track with Slenderiiz

RBTI Number Breakdown + What It Means
Where are you now:

|Sugar (Brix) 3.0
 Normal:  1.5 |
High = too much sugar/stress on digestion, fermentation & yeast risk

|Urine pH 9.0
 Normal: 6.4 |
Very alkaline – indicates liver and bile dysfunction; minerals aren’t in ideal usable form

|Saliva pH 7.0
Normal: 6.4
Too alkaline – often follows the urine pH, reflects imbalance in lymph and calcium processing

|Salt 20.1
 6–7 | Very high
lymphatic congestion, kidney strain, holding too much water/toxicity

|Albumin 4M
Normal: 3–3.5M
High = protein waste not clearing properly, liver backup

| Ureas (8/7) Total 15
Normal: 12–14
Elevated – digestion is congested, too much protein breakdown burdening the liver/kidneys

Explanation of what is happening

Barry, your body is currently working hard to detox and rebalance after years of medications and inflammation.

Your RBTI numbers tell us that:
  • You’re carrying extra sugar in the system, which creates a feeding ground for yeast and inflammation—this lines up with the yellow tongue.
  • Your pH is way too alkaline, meaning your body isn't processing minerals or breaking down nutrients properly—especially calcium and protein.
  • Your salt is extremely high, which means your lymphatic system and kidneys are struggling to flush toxins and you're likely retaining water.
  • The liver and kidneys are both under strain, and this shows up in the high protein waste (ureas and albumin).
The great news is that the weight you’ve already lost is helping reduce this load, and you're headed in the right direction. We just need to help your body detox gently, clear the waste, and support gut rebuilding.

Next: Supplement Recommendations
Start slowly to avoid overburdening detox pathways.

  1. K-Min – for yeast reduction (I'll bring this to our meeting on Thursday)
  2. Slenderiiz Drops – Continue as directed (they are supporting detox and fat loss well)
  3. Drink Warm Lemon Water: This will help with bringing more balance to your pH
  • Aloe Vera Inner Leaf Juice – 2 oz morning and night – for gut lining
  • Pink Salt or Celtic Salt – trace amount in water to balance minerals if salt begins to drop appropriately
  • Castor Oil: Layer castor oil on the stomach and over liver. This will help with detox for the liver and gut.

🛑 Monitor Closely:

  • If detox symptoms (like brain fog, fatigue, or loose stools) increase, reduce detox items for 2 days and increase hydration
  • Consider a follow-up urine/saliva test in 2 weeks to monitor shift

📊 Tracking for RBTI + Slenderiiz Progress

Recommend tracking progress:
  • Starting weight and updated RBTI numbers
  • Weight lost each week- write it down
  • Subjective symptoms: energy, digestion, inflammation
  • New RBTI numbers monthly to track impact
  • Pictures of progress

🔄 Key Organ Patterns See

Based on history and numbers, here’s what we observe:

OrganTCM Imbalance SignsRelationshipNotes
LiverYellow tongue (yeast), pH imbalance, anger/frustration, high albuminOpposite: LungLiver detox is overburdened. Needs wood energy balance, especially early AM (1–3am liver time). May struggle with letting go – grief held in lungs.
SpleenEyes showing stress, weight retention, overthinking, dampness/yeastOpposite: KidneyWeak digestion, fluid metabolism, sugar cravings – classic “damp-heat.” Must strengthen digestion.
KidneysUreas high, fatigue, water retention, fear/anxietyOpposite: SpleenShows burnout from long-term illness/stress. Needs mineral and adrenal support.
Colon (Large Intestine)Ulcerative colitis, yeast, immune dysregulationOpposite: LiverImmune dysfunction and gut flora imbalances need long-term rebalancing. FMT helped but wasn't sustainable — need deeper foundational work.
LungsRemicade use = suppressed immune response, yeast flareOpposite: LiverMust support lungs for detox + immune repair, avoid overburdening the liver further.

🕰️ Organ Clock Focus Times

What is the Organ Clock?  24-hour cycle that shows how your energy moves through different organs in your body throughout the day and night. Each organ has a 2-hour window when it's at its strongest—this is when it's most active, detoxing, digesting, or repairing.

By paying attention to the Organ Clock, we can:
  • Support organs at the right time (like the liver at night or the large intestine in the morning)
  • Understand symptoms that show up at certain times (like waking up at 2am or afternoon fatigue)
  • Create routines that work with your body’s natural rhythm instead of against it
It’s like giving each organ a turn to do its job—when we follow this rhythm with meals, supplements, sleep, and movement, the body can heal faster and function more efficiently.

TimeOrgan to SupportWhat to Do
1–3amLiverAvoid heavy meals at night.  Use castor oil packs or/and lavender on liver.
5–7amLarge IntestineWarm lemon water with minerals first thing. Morning movement (walk/stretch). Avoid cold/raw breakfast.
7–9amStomach/SpleenEat grounding warm foods – protein + veggie breakfast. Avoid sugar, coffee on empty stomach.
3–5pmBladder (Kidneys)Hydration with trace minerals. Herbal tea (dandelion, nettle) to flush kidneys. Light snacks only.
