Basic Elimination consists of: 
  • Eliminating basic foods from your daily diet
  • We typically begin with eliminating: Gluten, Sugar, and Dairy
  • We may need to eliminate other foods later, but this is where we begin because these are the usual culprits for causing issues with in the body. 

Why do we eliminate foods, what is the benefit of this diet, and how do we know what to eliminate? 

As we eat a typical American diet, we begin to feel sluggish, have more allergies, develop brain fog, and so much more. These issues are many times caused by leaky gut or an over taxed and toxified liver. When this occurs, our bodies can not function at its best and many times our body breaks down and we develop DIS-ease. By eliminating the biggest culprits that cause more inflammation and foods that does not provide any benefits to the body, you can begin to heal the gut and therefore heal the side effects that come with it. There may be times we need to eliminate other foods, but 80% of the time this will help to bring balance and healing. 



Lemonade Water Protocol

The purpose of the lemon water is to bring the pH into balance quickly. Whether you are highly alkaline or low into the acidic level, this will bring about balance. 

NOTE: The lemon water is made with fresh lemons. Don't use bottled lemon juice. Do not put them in the fridge. Leave them on the counter. 

Why Fresh lemons? 
Lemons start off as an acid and then once it enters the body, it turns to alkaline. It is the only food that has this ability. But once the lemon has set for a time, the change from acid to alkaline has already happened, so your body will not receive the benefit from this action.  
Water: Use distilled water when making your lemon water as well or filtered water. 

10 oz of water with one fresh squeezed lemon 
Can add 1 tbsp of maple syrup Grade B if you like (but only until 2pm)

  1. Drink 10oz of lemon mixture the top of every hour (ex. 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am)
  2. On every 1/2 hour drink one cup of water. (ex. 8:30 am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30)
  3. Drink this all day from 8am through 8pm.
  4.  Getting in 1/2 your body weight in water each day 
  5. Half of your water needs to be lemon water. 


If you are busy and miss a few, that is fine. You will do this for about 2 weeks just to balance out the pH.
