Helping You Feel Your Best, Find Balance, and Love Who You Are.

Hey Brynlee,

I’m here to help you find balance—both in how you feel every day and in your hormones as your body grows and changes. The teenage years bring a lot of shifts, and it can feel overwhelming trying to keep up with emotions, friendships, and life in general. My goal is to help you feel your best—strong, confident, and in control of your health, your life, and your emotions.

I have six kids, four of them girls, and I’ve coached cheer and counseled teens for over 10 years. So I understand what it’s like to go through these changes and feel like no one really gets it. But I want you to know—I see you, I hear you, and I’m here for you. If you ever need someone to talk to, even if you don’t know exactly what to say, I will listen. Sometimes we just need a break from friends, life, and expectations, and I want you to know you have a safe space with me.
I’ve made this process as simple and easy as possible because I know that changing habits can feel hard. But I also know that the choices you make now will shape how you feel in the future—physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Learning how to take care of your body at your age gives you a huge advantage—before unhealthy patterns get set in place.

Beyond just nutrition and habits, I want to help you feel good about yourself and love who you are—without worrying about what others think or how they expect you to feel. This is your journey, and you get to decide how you show up in the world. I can’t wait to walk through this with you and help you step into the strongest, happiest version of yourself.

💛 You’ve got this, and I’ve got you.

Zyto Scan Results
To ease any overwhelm when reviewing scan results, I break down the information into manageable, bite-sized pieces. Rather than addressing every issue at once, we’ll focus on the top three concerns within each system. This targeted approach helps us prioritize effectively and achieve meaningful progress without feeling overloaded. By combining these insights with the results of your intake form questionnaire, I can create a personalized plan tailored to your specific needs

RBTI Results

Breakdown of RBTI Numbers & What They Mean

  • Sugar: 5Mildly low; suggests blood sugar fluctuations, possible adrenal stress, or inconsistent energy levels.
  • Saliva pH: 6.6 | Urine pH: 5.6Too acidic; indicates poor mineral absorption, sluggish digestion, and potential hormonal imbalance.
  • Salt: 25High; suggests dehydration, kidney/adrenal stress, and excessive electrical activity in the body.
  • Albumin: 4M++High; could indicate protein congestion, dehydration, and inflammation.
  • Ureas (Total: 18) - Ammonia Nitrate: 9 | Nitrate Nitrogen: 7
    • Liver stress (high ammonia) – inefficient protein breakdown, hormonal imbalance.
    • Kidney burden (nitrate nitrogen) – possible dehydration affecting detoxification.
    • Overworked metabolism – body struggling to process waste efficiently.

Key Concerns & Underlying Issues

  • Hormonal Dysfunction (Pituitary Gland Issues)
    • Early puberty suggests high estrogen dominance & pituitary dysregulation.
    • pH imbalance & urea levels indicate poor nutrient utilization, affecting hormone balance.
  • Dehydration & Mineral Deficiency
    • High salt, acidic pH, and elevated albumin confirm dehydration.
    • Poor water intake may be causing electrolyte imbalance & sluggish detox pathways.
  • Liver & Kidney Overload
    • High ammonia nitrate suggests her liver is struggling to process proteins properly, contributing to hormonal disruption.
    • Kidneys are overworked, leading to inefficient detox and increased inflammation.

💧 Hydration Strategy

  • Infused Water Options: Lemon-lime, cucumber-mint, or hibiscus tea (tastes like juice but hydrates).
  • Electrolytes: Coconut water or natural electrolyte powders (like Redmond Re-Lyte).
  • Straws & Fun Bottles: Let her pick a cool water bottle & straw to make drinking easier.

🛠️ Additional Support & Lifestyle Tips

✅ Hormone-Balancing Young Living Oils: EndoFlex (pituitary/adrenal), Clary Sage (hormone support), Lemon (detox).
✅ Gentle Detox Support: Dry brushing, Epsom salt baths, foot baths.
Movement: Dancing, stretching, outdoor walks for lymphatic flow & mood balance.
Mindset & Stress Relief: Journaling, deep breathing, or fun activities to release emotions positively.
