Test 1 and 2 Sugars and pH
I am going to go through each section of the test and tell you what each area tells me about what is going on and then we will discuss what suggestions I have for you.

1. Sugars: We test to see if the sugar is high or low in the body. Total sugars represent the potential energy available to the body. Too low means not enough oxygen is available for cells. High means oxygen is there but not available for use.

Your sugars were at 3.0. With this number we see parasites, fungus, and not getting enough oxygen to the brain. May have headaches

2. pH: This shows malnourishment, increased inflammation in the digestive tract, nutrients not digested, absorbed, or assimilated. Depleted reserved energy, minerals, and other nutrients. May be nervous, moody, or fidgeting. May feel as you have IBS or colitis. The body will liberate minerals from the bones and teeth therefore causing you to have the puckered feel in the morning and the inflammation in your mouth.

Your pH is double alkaline at 6.6 for saliva/6.8 for urine. These numbers aren't super out of range, but being off by one point can make a huge difference in your body.

Salt, Albumin, & Total Ureas
In this section, we'll discuss the next four tests: salts, albumin, and 2 test on urea levels.

These tests reveal important information about your body.
Salt, primarily composed of sodium chloride, plays a crucial role in maintaining various physiological processes within the body- Electrolyte Balance, Nerve Function, Muscle Contraction, hydration and pH balance. This can be a big part in blood cholesterol, blood protein, blood mineral ions.
Albumin in the urine can signal how quickly old cells are being replaced and new ones are forming. Maintaining a balanced cell turnover is crucial; too rapid replacement can prevent proper nutrient absorption, while too slow can hinder renewal.

Urea levels help us understand kidney and liver function, particularly how efficiently these organs are processing proteins. It's vital to have a proper balance: sufficient protein intake and the body's capability to break it down effectively ensure that proteins aren’t just accumulating without use.

Each of these levels have a direct relation to each other and in creating balance for the body. So, let's look at what is going on in your body.

4. Salt: Your level 16. This is a little high. This means that body is retaining too much salt in the body. Water retention, cholesterol, deterioration of the myelin sheath (a sheath that wraps around each nerve), joint stiffness, restless legs, excess isolated potassium.

5. Albumin: Your level 4M++. You are dehydrated and the kidney weakness, increased inflammation, and overly active immune function is compromised as well.

6 and 7. Ureas for kidney and liver: 7/6: A total of 13. Brain fog, dehydration, and kidney and liver are not performing well.

What is your direction with these results?

*Optimize Your Well-being with your Good, Better, Best Lists

Taking charge of your health starts with informed choices. Our "Good, Better, Best" lists are designed to simplify your decision-making process, guiding you to the best options for foods, supplements, and lifestyle extras that align with your wellness goals.

First takeaways: Do not use any unnecessary medicines. Your gut is so inflamed and out of balance that anything extra whether it is food or medicine is just killing it more. We have to heal the lining of your gut. The gut has holes in it from food not properly digesting and eliminating from the liver not filtering food and toxins properly so the toxins are getting reabsorbed into the body.

So, all the suggestions I give you will be for purposes of healing the gut, helping your body absorb nutrients, and hydrate your body. These things will help you to begin feeling better.

Foods
- **Good: Begin incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables into your meals. Add healthy fats like nuts and seeds and avocado. Don't go overboard with the seeds and nuts, but they are a great resources for protein and healthy fat.

- **Better: Opt for organic produce and foods that are non-GMO whenever possible to avoid pesticides and other chemicals. No gluten, white refined sugar, and diary. Incorporate more quality protein into your diet. Shoot for eating 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, and 1 protein at each meal.

- **Best: Savor locally-sourced, seasonal organic produce for maximum freshness and nutritional value. Avoid eating breads, corn and potatoes (these are inflammatory foods).

SUPPLEMENTS:

- **Good: Cal-Lactate and K-min for parasites (I have these two and will meet you to give it to you. It is $30.00. These are pills but they are small and easy to take. The parasite and fungus one is only one pill and it is tiny. ). The YL VITALITY DROPS are a must as well for helping your body to hold on to the nutrients coming into your body

- **Better: The list above along with Mineral Essence (bring the minerals for better absorption), Lime, and Lemongrass (circulatory and digestion).

- **Best: Add the good and better list to this one along with the NingXia Red, tea tree, and orange oils, and DiGize.

Below is a link for the YL things. You can look over the list above then choose which way you want to go. Just take anything out of the cart you don't want.

EXTRAS:

- **Good: Start a basic exercise routine like walking or light yoga.

- **Better: Upgrade your routine with strength training and cardio for balanced fitness.

- **Best:  Enhance your physical and mental well-being by incorporating Young Living essential oils into your fitness and meditation practice.

We mainly want to focus on the 7 fundamentals of health when we are looking to get everything balanced.

1. Nutrition- Non GMO and Gluten Free
2. Hydration - Drink 1/2 your body weight in water with the electrolyte drops
3. Movement- any movement is good. 20 minutes a day is good.
4. Sleep - Get at least 8 hours a night, keep it as dark as possible in your room.
5. Elimination - Make sure you are having 2-3 quality poops a day.
6. Stress/ Emotional Wellness - We can do some mind work if you are struggling with some anxiety in any way.

I know the exercise is probably not something you feel like doing right now for sure, but one thing that will be good for you to do is to get up before the sun and go outside and watch the sun come up.

A Non- Negotiable

Lemon water mixture

10 oz. water with 1 whole lemon in it every hour for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks. This will help your body begin to balance the pH.

I am adding this link with different diets to choose from. There is also some recipes here as well. This is a 14 day program that will help to balance your gut really well. So, this is a good place to start as well.

10 Reasons Your Weight Loss Isn’t Working (Spoiler: It’s Your Detox Pathways)

Are You Making These Common Detox Mistakes? How Microplastics Impact Your Liver and Hormones

You aren't crazy for feeling like your body is under attack... because, in a very literal sense, it is.
If you’ve been feeling sluggish, struggling with stubborn weight that won't budge regardless of how many salads you eat, or dealing with skin breakouts that feel more like high school than adulthood, you’ve probably searched for a "detox." But here is the cold, hard truth: most "detoxes" you see on Instagram are not only useless... they might actually be making you sicker.
At Elev8 Your Health, we see people every day who are doing all the "right" things but getting zero results. Why? Because the modern world has changed the game. We aren't just dealing with a little bit of "junk food" anymore. We are dealing with an invisible invasion of microplastics and xenoestrogens that are hijacking your endocrine system and turning your liver into a clogged-up filter.
Let’s pull back the curtain on why your last juice cleanse failed and how to actually find natural hormone balance in a world made of plastic.

The Invisible Guest: How Microplastics Hijacked Your Hormones

Microplastics are no longer just a "Pacific Garbage Patch" problem. They are a you problem. These tiny particles: smaller than five millimeters: are now being found in human blood, lungs, and even the placenta.
But it’s not just the plastic itself; it’s what the plastic carries.
Microplastics act like "Trojan Horses" for chemicals known as xenoestrogens. These are endocrine disruptors that literally "mimic" estrogen in your body. Imagine your hormone receptors are like a lock, and your natural hormones are the key. Xenoestrogens are like a piece of gum shoved into that lock. They fit just well enough to send a signal, but they cause absolute chaos in the process.
This is why you might be experiencing:
  • Intense PMS or irregular cycles.
  • The "spare tire" around the midsection that ignores the gym.
  • Brain fog that makes you feel like you’re walking through a cloud.
  • Low libido and chronic fatigue.
When your body is flooded with these "imposter" hormones, it creates a massive hormone imbalance. Your liver: the primary organ responsible for breaking down and "shipping out" excess estrogen: gets overwhelmed. It’s trying to process 2026-level toxins with a biological system that hasn’t evolved since the Stone Age.

The "Drainage" Disaster: The #1 Mistake You’re Making

If I could stand on a mountaintop and shout one thing to the wellness world, it would be this: Stop "cleansing" before you open your drainage pathways.
Most people treat a detox like a deep clean of a house. They go in, scrub the floors, and pile all the trash in the center of the room... but they forgot to check if the front door is locked. If your "exits" aren't open, those mobilized toxins (including those nasty microplastics) just recirculate in your bloodstream.
This is why people get the "detox flu": headaches, nausea, and skin flares. It’s not "healing"; it’s your body literally re-poisoning itself because the trash can is full.
The Drainage Ladder looks like this:
  1. The Gut: If you aren't pooping at least once (ideally twice) a day, you are not detoxing. You are fermenting.
  2. The Liver & Bile: This is where the magic happens: or where the sludge builds up.
  3. The Kidneys & Lymph: Your "sewer system" that needs movement and hydration to flow.
  4. The Cells: The very last place we address.
If you jump straight to a "cell-level" detox or a harsh liver flush without making sure your gut and bile are moving... you’re asking for trouble.

The Microplastic-Bile Connection: Toxic Sludge

Let’s talk about bile. It’s not a sexy topic, but it is the secret to detox solutions that actually work.
Bile is produced by your liver to break down fats, but its other job is to act as a "taxi" for toxins. The liver packages up microplastics, heavy metals, and old hormones, tosses them into the bile, and sends them to the gut to be pooped out.
However, microplastics and environmental toxins cause inflammation that makes your bile thick and "sludgy." Instead of a free-flowing river, your bile becomes like cold molasses. When the bile can't flow, the toxins get stuck. They sit in the gallbladder or leak back into the liver, causing even more hormone imbalance.

Common Detox Mistakes (And What to Do Instead)

I’ve seen it all, and honestly, I’ve probably tried most of them back in the day before I knew better. If you want natural hormone balance, you have to stop doing these three things:

1. The 3-Day Juice Fast

Juice is basically concentrated sugar without the fiber. This spikes your insulin, which tells your body to store fat and increase inflammation. Plus, your liver needs amino acids (protein) to complete "Phase II" detox. Without protein, your liver can't neutralize toxins. You're essentially sending your liver to war without any armor.

2. Relying on "Detox Teas"

Most of these are just fancy laxatives. They irritate the lining of your gut and dehydrate you. They don't touch the microplastics stored in your fat cells or the xenoestrogens clogging your receptors.

3. Ignoring Your Environment

You cannot detox your way out of a continuous exposure. If you are drinking out of plastic bottles, microwaving plastic Tupperware, and using "fragrance" filled laundry soap, you are pouring water into a sinking boat.

Tiered Solutions: How to Elev8 Your Health

You don't have to live in a glass bubble, but you do have to be intentional. Here is how we recommend starting your journey toward a cleaner, more balanced body:
Phase 1: The Basics (Do this today!)
  • Ditch the Plastic: Switch to glass or stainless steel for water and food storage. Never, ever microwave plastic.
  • Filter Your Water: Not all filters are equal. You need a high-quality system (like Reverse Osmosis or a Berkey) that specifically mentions microplastic and hormone removal.
  • Eat Your Crosses: Broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts contain sulforaphane, which helps the liver process estrogen.
Phase 2: Open the Pathways
  • Hydrate with Minerals: Plain water can sometimes run right through you. Adding a pinch of sea salt or electrolytes helps the water actually enter the cells and flush out the lymph.
  • Castor Oil Packs: An old-school trick that works wonders for "thinning" that bile sludge and supporting liver flow.
Phase 3: The Data-Driven Approach
  • Functional Testing for Hormones: Stop guessing! We use advanced testing like the DUTCH test or comprehensive blood panels to see exactly which hormones are high, which are low, and how your liver is actually metabolizing them.
  • Toxin Burden Testing: We can literally see the levels of phthalates and plastics in your system. When you have a map, the destination becomes much easier to reach.

You Deserve to Feel Vibrant Again

The "chaos" you feel in your body: the exhaustion, the mood swings, the feeling of being "uncomfortable in your own skin": it doesn’t have to be your forever reality.
Healing is possible, but it requires a shift from "quick fixes" to functional testing and strategic support. We believe that your body has an incredible ability to heal itself once you remove the obstacles (like those pesky microplastics) and give it the building blocks it needs.

When Natural Isn't Enough: Why "Holistic Hacks" Might Be Failing You

You’ve done it all. You’ve traded your morning coffee for mushroom elixirs that taste like a forest floor. You’ve swapped your deodorant for a paste that works for exactly twelve minutes. You’ve scrolled through endless TikToks promising that "one simple tea" will melt away belly fat and fix your mood swings.
But here you are... still exhausted, still bloated, and still wondering why your "holistic" lifestyle feels like a full-time job with zero benefits.
At Elev8 Your Health, we see this every single day. Women (and men) walk into our clinic with a literal grocery bag full of supplements, frustrated because they are doing "all the right things" but their bodies aren't responding. They are living in what I like to call the Supplement Graveyard.
If you feel like you’re failing at being healthy, I want to stop you right there. You aren’t failing... but your "hacks" might be. It’s time to talk about why "natural" isn't always enough and why your DIY approach to hormone health might be the very thing keeping you stuck in the cycle of fatigue.

The Supplement Graveyard: Why Your Viral Herb Isn't Working

Let’s be real... we’ve all been there. You see an influencer with glowing skin and boundless energy claiming that a specific herb cured their "adrenal fatigue." You hit "buy now" faster than you can say adaptogen.
Six weeks later, that bottle is sitting at the back of your cabinet, half-full, next to the maca powder, the liver detox drops, and the charcoal capsules.
The problem? Supplements are not a strategy.
When you buy a supplement because it worked for someone else, you are essentially throwing darts in a dark room. You’re guessing. And while natural hormone balance is the goal, taking random pills without data is just expensive guesswork.
Your body is a complex, interconnected system. Taking Ashwagandha because you feel stressed might seem like a good idea, but if your cortisol is actually too low at certain points of the day, you could be making your fatigue worse. Without functional testing for hormones, you are just decorating a house that has a cracked foundation.

"Natural" Doesn't Mean "Magic"

There is a huge misconception in the wellness world that "natural" is synonymous with "harmless" or "effective."
Don't get me wrong: at Elev8, we love a holistic approach. We believe in the power of movement, whole foods, and botanical support. But "natural" does not mean "magic" if the root cause is ignored.
If you have a massive gut infection or a severe thyroid imbalance, all the celery juice in the world isn't going to fix it. You can't "holistic hack" your way out of a clinical deficiency or a physiological breakdown.
Often, people use "natural" remedies to mask symptoms in the same way they might use ibuprofen for a headache. If you take a natural sleep aid every night because you can't stay asleep, but you never address the fact that your blood sugar is crashing at 3:00 AM... you aren't actually healing. You’re just using a green-labeled Band-Aid.

The Danger of DIY Adrenal Fatigue Recovery

The term "adrenal fatigue" is thrown around a lot in the "natural" health space. While it’s a way to describe how many of us feel: burnt out, wired but tired, and unable to cope with stress: the DIY treatment of it can be risky.
When you try to self-treat your hormones or your adrenals without data, you run into several issues:
  • Over-supplying the wrong hormones: You might take DHEA or Pregnenolone because you read they help with energy, but if you don't need them, you could trigger acne, hair loss, or further hormonal chaos.
  • Missing the "Big Rocks": You’re so focused on the $60 tincture that you’re ignoring the fact that your detox pathways are clogged or your insulin is spiking.
  • The Stress of "Health-ing": Trying to follow a 15-step "holistic morning routine" can actually drive your cortisol higher because you’re constantly stressed about doing it perfectly.
Adrenal fatigue recovery requires a precision approach. It’s about knowing exactly where your rhythm is off and using targeted, clinical-grade support to bring it back into alignment.

Functional Testing: The Bridge Between "Natural" and "Effective"

This is where the magic happens. This is the difference between a "hack" and a personalized clinical strategy.
If you want to move from "trying things" to "healing things," you need data. At Elev8 Your Health, we prioritize functional testing for hormones (like the DUTCH test) and comprehensive blood panels because they tell us the truth about what’s happening inside your cells.
Functional testing is the bridge. It allows us to see:
  1. How you metabolize hormones: It’s not just about how much estrogen you have; it’s about how your body breaks it down and clears it out.
  2. Your Cortisol Awakening Response: Are you actually burnt out, or is your timing just off?
  3. Nutrient Deficiencies: Are you tired because of "hormones," or are you just severely low in Vitamin D and Iron?
When we have this data, your "holistic" plan stops being a list of hacks and starts being holistic hormone therapy. It becomes a roadmap tailored specifically to your biology.

Why Data Changes Everything

Imagine knowing: with 100% certainty: that your afternoon energy crash is caused by a specific cortisol dip and not just "getting older." Imagine knowing exactly which foods trigger your inflammation and which supplements your body actually craves.
That is the power of moving from DIY to clinical.

Moving From "Hacks" to a Personalized Strategy

So, how do you stop the cycle of the Supplement Graveyard? How do you move into a space where your natural efforts actually yield results?
It starts with a shift in mindset. We have to stop looking for "The One Thing" and start looking at the whole system.

1. Stop Guessing, Start Testing

If you’ve been feeling "off" for more than three months despite trying the basics (sleep, water, greens), it’s time for a functional look at your labs. Stop spending money on random bottles and invest that money into a test that gives you answers.

2. Prioritize Clinical-Grade Over Viral-Trend

Not all supplements are created equal. The stuff you find on the shelf of a big-box grocery store often contains fillers, low-quality ingredients, or forms of vitamins that your body can't even absorb. When we design a personalized clinical strategy, we use professional-grade nutrients that are tested for purity and potency.

3. Address the Foundations First

You can't out-supplement a lack of protein, a lack of sleep, or a sedentary lifestyle. We meet you where you are, helping you nail the "Big Rocks" so that the supplements can actually do their job.

Why Elev8 Your Health is Different

We aren't just another clinic telling you to "eat less and move more." We are a medical practice that combines the best of traditional science with the depth of functional medicine.
We believe that holistic hormone therapy should be accessible, simple, and: most importantly: effective. We don't want you to be a "health hobbyist" who spends four hours a day on wellness rituals. We want you to have your life back.
We want you to have the energy to play with your kids, the focus to crush your career, and the mood stability to actually enjoy your relationships.

The Path to Transformation

Transformation doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen faster when you have a map.
  • The Tired Path: Buying more supplements, feeling more frustrated, and staying stuck in the "natural hack" loop.
  • The Elev8 Path: Data-driven testing, a custom protocol, and a partner in your health journey who understands the science of your soul.
You deserve more than a hack. You deserve a strategy that works as hard as you do.

Ready to Close the Supplement Graveyard?

If you’re tired of the "holistic" merry-go-round... if you’re ready to see what’s actually happening under the hood... we’re here for you.
Don't let another month go by where you feel like a stranger in your own body. Let's bridge the gap between "natural" and "effective" together.

Your healing isn't a mystery; it’s a science. And we’ve got the lab coats and the heart to help you figure it out.

10 Reasons Your Weight Loss Isn’t Working (Spoiler: It’s Your Detox Pathways)

You’ve done everything "right." You’ve swapped the fries for salad, you’re hitting your step goal, and you’ve even cut back on the weekend wine... yet the scale refuses to budge. Or worse, you lose five pounds only to feel like absolute trash, exhausted, puffy, and irritable, before the weight inevitably creeps back on.

It’s frustrating. It’s overwhelming. And quite frankly, it feels like your body is sabotaging you.
But here is the truth: your body isn't trying to fail you. It’s trying to protect you. If your detox pathways are clogged, your body will actually hold onto fat to keep you safe from the toxins stored within it. You aren't just dealing with a "slow metabolism"... you’re dealing with a drainage problem.

At Elev8 Your Health, we see this every single day. We see women and men who are doing the work but aren't seeing the results because their internal "plumbing" is backed up. If you want to unlock weight loss hormone balance, you have to stop looking at calories and start looking at clearance.

The Golden Rule: Drainage Before Detox

Before we dive into the reasons you're stuck, we have to talk about the biggest mistake people make: jumping into a "detox" before they’ve opened their "drainage" pathways.

Think of your body like a house. If you start scrubbing the floors (detox) but the front door is locked and the toilets are clogged (drainage), where does all that dirt go? It just swirls around, making the air unbreathable.

In your body, "drainage" means your colon, your liver/bile ducts, and your lymphatic system are actually moving waste out. If the "pipes" are closed, those toxins recirculate, causing hormone imbalance, massive inflammation, and a total halt on fat burning.

1. Your Toxins Are Literally Stored in Your Fat

This is the most critical piece of the puzzle. Most environmental toxins (think pesticides, plastics, and heavy metals) are lipophilic, meaning they are fat-soluble. Your body, in its infinite wisdom, tucks these dangerous compounds into your fat cells to keep them away from your vital organs.
When you start to lose weight, those fat cells shrink and dump those toxins back into your bloodstream. If your liver and kidneys can't process them fast enough, your body says, "Whoa! This is dangerous," and it halts weight loss to keep those toxins tucked away. It’s a survival mechanism.

2. You Aren't Pooping Every Single Day

Let’s get real for a second. If you aren't having 1–2 easy, complete bowel movements every single day, you are reabsorbing waste. When stool sits in the colon for too long, your body reabsorbs things like spent estrogen and metabolic waste. This leads to a vicious cycle of estrogen dominance, which makes losing weight, especially around the hips and thighs, nearly impossible. You can't "cleanse" your way out of a backed-up colon.

3. Your Bile is "Sludgy"

Bile is the unsung hero of weight loss. Made by the liver and stored in the gallbladder, bile acts like a dish soap that breaks down fats and carries toxins out of the body. If your bile is thick or "sludgy," you can't absorb fat-soluble vitamins (like A, D, E, and K) and you can't escort toxins out. This leads to sluggish metabolism and digestive distress.

4. You’re Living in a State of Estrogen Dominance

When your liver and gut can’t clear out old hormones, estrogen levels rise relative to progesterone. This is a primary driver for weight gain in women and "man boobs" or belly fat in men. Weight loss hormone balance requires your detox pathways to be wide open so that "used" hormones can actually leave the building.

5. Your Lymphatic System is Stagnant

Your lymph is your body's "trash system." Unlike your blood, which has the heart to pump it, your lymph relies on you moving. If you’re sitting at a desk all day and not moving your body, that trash stays put. This results in puffiness, cellulite, and a heavy feeling that no amount of calorie-cutting will fix.

6. You’re Doing "Juice Cleanses"

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that 3-day green juice fast might be hurting you. Your liver requires amino acids (protein) to complete "Phase 2" detox. This is the part where toxins are made water-soluble so they can be peed or pooped out. If you're only drinking juice, you're missing the protein needed to finish the job, which leaves "intermediate" toxins, which are often more dangerous than the original ones, circulating in your system.

7. You’re Dehydrated (at a Cellular Level)

Detox is a water-intensive process. If you aren't hydrated, your kidneys can't flush waste and your lymph can't flow. But it’s not just about chugging water; it’s about minerals. Without the right electrolytes, that water just sits in your tissues (hello, bloating!) rather than getting into the cells where the work happens.

8. Your Gallbladder is Struggling

Many people have had their gallbladders removed or have "silent" gallbladder issues. Without a healthy gallbladder and proper bile flow, your body struggles to signal the breakdown of fat. If you can't break down fat, your body won't want to burn it for fuel. It’s a direct hit to your metabolic flexibility.

9. You’re Overloaded with "Obesogens"

We are constantly bombarded by chemicals that act as "obesogens": compounds that disrupt our endocrine system and tell our bodies to store fat. From the fragrance in your laundry detergent to the BPA in your receipt paper, these toxins clog up your hormone receptors. If your detox pathways are already slow, these obesogens stay in your system longer, causing total hormone imbalance.

10. You’re Missing Functional Data

You can't fix what you haven't measured. Most people are guessing... trying a supplement they saw on TikTok or a diet their neighbor tried. But your body is unique. Without functional testing for hormones and detox markers, you’re just throwing spaghetti at the wall.

The Elev8 Path to Real Results

At Elev8 Your Health, we don't believe in "quick fixes" or "magic pills." We believe in biology. If you are struggling with weight that won't move, we have to look at the underlying "why."
We look for things like:
  • Liver Function: Is your liver getting the nutrients it needs to process the toxic load?
  • Gut Health: Are you actually eliminating waste, or is it recirculating?
  • Hormone Synergy: Are your cortisol, insulin, and sex hormones working together or fighting each other?
This is why we prioritize functional testing for hormones. We want to see exactly where the "clog" is in your system so we can create a targeted plan to open those pipes.

What You Can Do Right Now

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, start small. Open those drainage pathways!
  1. Hydrate with minerals: Add a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon to your water.
  2. Move your lymph: Take a 10-minute walk after meals or try dry brushing.
  3. Eat your bitters: Foods like arugula, dandelion greens, and ginger help stimulate bile flow.
  4. Prioritize protein: Give your liver the amino acids it needs to actually do its job.
Stop punishing your body with more exercise and fewer calories. If the scale is stuck, your body is likely screaming for a "deep clean": not a "starvation mode."

It’s time to stop the guessing game. If you’re ready to finally understand why your body is holding onto weight and you want a customized roadmap back to health, we’re here to help.

Healing isn't a destination... it’s a process of clearing the path.

Let’s get your pathways moving again. ✨
