Why I Created This

From Surviving to Healing with Purpose

I started this journey over 80 pounds overweight.
I was inflamed, exhausted, frustrated — and honestly, scared.

My skin was flaring with eczema and rosacea. My energy was gone. I was staring at prescriptions I couldn’t even pronounce for things I didn’t fully understand — high blood pressure, borderline diabetes, cholesterol. It felt like my body was breaking down… and I was being handed pills instead of answers.

But something in me whispered:
“There has to be more than this.”

I didn’t know what healing looked like. I didn’t have the roadmap.

I just knew I didn’t want to spend my life patching symptoms while the root causes silently grew worse.
So I began searching.

I didn’t just want to feel better — I wanted to understand my body. I wanted freedom. That journey led me back to school. It led me to detox protocols, gut restoration, whole food healing, mindset shifts, and a deep understanding of how every part of our life — food, stress, skincare, supplements, even our thoughts — can either heal us or harm us.

It wasn’t easy. But it was worth it.

And today, I get to be the person I needed back then.

Mindset Reset: Rewiring Your Inner World for Healing

The “Stick Man” drawing is a simple but profound way to understand how your mind works — and how your thoughts shape your body and results.

The Stick Man is divided into three parts:
  • Head: Your mind — split into the conscious (thinking) and subconscious (emotional/automatic) minds
  • Body: Your actions and physical results
What you allow into your conscious mind (what you think, say, read, watch, and hear) eventually sinks into your subconscious mind, where it becomes belief, habit, and emotion.

Once a thought is planted in the subconscious, it begins influencing your actions, your health, your mood, and how you show up every day — without you even realizing it.

The Conscious vs. Subconscious Mind (and Why It Matters)

  • Conscious Mind:
You use this to think, reason, choose, and filter information. You can say “yes” or “no” to what you allow in.
  • Subconscious Mind:
This part accepts whatever you give it. It has no filter. It turns repeated thoughts into truths, and then runs those beliefs as your emotional and physical programming — 24/7.
That’s why affirmations matter.
They help you feed your subconscious on purpose — rather than letting fear, guilt, and overwhelm sneak in by default.

:Let the little stick person we have here be a representation of what your brain. Keep this picture in your mind all the time and you will begin to feel and see the difference.

Now that you understand how the conscious and subconscious mind work together, let’s put that knowledge into action.
We’ll start with affirmations to begin influencing your subconscious thoughts in a positive, empowering way.
Then, you’ll move into a self-image exercise designed to help you create a version of yourself you’re proud to step into — followed by setting clear, intentional goals that will move you into a mindset aligned with healing, progress, and lasting change.

Affirmations Are a Tool, Not a Magic Wand

Affirmations don’t change your life by themselves — they’re one tool in your wellness toolbox.

But when your thoughts are spiraling, when you feel overwhelmed or unworthy, affirmations redirect your mind toward truth and empowerment.

They help you:
  • Pull yourself out of negative self-talk
  • Rebuild your self-image
  • Start each day from a place of purpose instead of panic
And when your mind is calm and confident, your body responds. You feel more motivated, more grounded, and more open to healing.

10 Transformative Healing Affirmations
Use these when you're spiraling, doubting yourself, or simply need a reset:

Morning

  • “I am healing, even if I can’t see it yet.”
  • “I am not my past, my pain, or my diagnosis.”
  • “My body is always working in my favor.”

 Mid-day

  • “Every small step I take creates lasting change.”
  • “I am safe, supported, and guided.”
  • “My worth is not measured by the weight of my symptoms.”
  • “I release shame and welcome peace.”

Evening

  1. “I choose to speak life over my body today.”
  2. “Healing is not a destination — it’s a direction I’m moving in.”
  3. “I believe in the possibility of a better tomorrow.”

How to use the affirmations

  • Say them out loud in the mirror each morning.
  • Write them in your journal or healing notebook.
  • Record yourself saying them and listen to your own voice.
  • Choose one each day and repeat it throughout the day, especially when negative thoughts creep in.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be present.
Affirmations help you interrupt the negativity and plant new seeds — so your mind, body, and spirit can grow something better.

“I didn’t realize how much my stress was affecting my body until I did this reset. Within a day I felt less bloated, my mood was better, and I didn’t feel the need to snack all afternoon. It was simple but powerful — and I’m now using the full protocol every day!”
Emily G., 39

“The cravings were controlling me — especially at night. This reset helped me feel back in control, and I finally understood why nothing else had worked. After starting the full protocol, I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and feel like myself again.”
Rachel M., 42

“I was tired all the time, gaining weight around my belly, and felt like I was in a fog. The reset was a game-changer. It gave me clarity, hope, and a plan that actually works. I’m not just surviving anymore — I’m thriving.”
Jenna T., 36

Mindset Reset Reflection Worksheet

“You are powerful beyond measure. The only limitations you have are the ones you’ve accepted.” – Bob Proctor

Step 1: Recognize Where You Are

Grab a notebook and begin to keep a note of the changes you see and feel as you go through this exercise.

(Be honest. Awareness is the first step toward change.)
  1. What have I been repeatedly thinking or saying about my body or health?
(Examples: “I always feel sick.” “I can’t lose weight.” “I’ll never feel better.”)
  2. Where in my life do I feel stuck or defeated? Why?
  3. What story have I been telling myself about who I am (or what I think others are saying about me)?
(Is it serving me or holding me back?)

 Step 2: Reframe the Narrative

(Change starts with a decision to believe something better.)
  1. What would the healthiest, most confident version of me believe about herself?
  2. What is one negative belief I am ready to let go of today?
  3. What empowering truth can I replace it with?
(Example: “I’m broken” → “I’m healing more each day.”)

💡 Step 3: Build a New Self-Image

(Self-image controls behavior. Behavior creates results.)
  1. If nothing was holding me back, how would I show up today in my health and life?
  2. What are 3 qualities I want to be known for during my healing journey?
(Examples: Resilient, peaceful, disciplined, joyful, consistent)
  3. What is one daily habit I can commit to that reflects the person I want to become?
  4. How would it feel to believe I am already becoming her?

💬 Step 4: Anchor Your Belief

“Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.” – Bob Proctor
  1. Write one sentence that describes the version of you that you are stepping into:
✍️ “I am…” (Make it bold. Make it true. Speak it every day.)
Remember the subconscious can not tell fact from fiction, so choose what you are going to believe about who you are.

Step Into Your Healing with a Purposeful Goal
Begin today seeing yourself already have achieving that goal!

💡 Why Most Goals Don’t Work:

According to Bob Proctor, most people set goals based on what they think they can do (A-type) or what they’ve already done before (B-type). But those goals keep you stuck — because they don’t stretch your thinking, and they don’t require real growth.
The kind of goal that changes your life is a C-type goal:
✨ A goal that excites you and scares you a little at the same time.
✨ A goal based not on what you can see — but what you can imagine.

Your Goal Should:

  • Be something you truly want (not what you think you should want)
  • Feel a little uncomfortable or “impossible” — that’s good!
  • Require you to grow into the next version of yourself
  • Align with the self-image you're building

 Create Your C-Type Health Goal

Use the space below to write your goal, using these prompts:

1. If nothing was off limits, what would I love to experience in my health or body?
(Examples: “I have vibrant energy every day.” “I am 40 pounds lighter and strong.” “I feel completely free from emotional eating.”)
✍️ My C-Type Health Goal:
Write it in present tense, as if it’s already true. Example: “I am…” “I have…” “I feel…”

Link Your Goal to a New Self-Image

2. Who do I need to become to live in this goal daily?
(How does she think, speak, eat, show up, handle setbacks?)

 Let Go of Limiting Beliefs

3. What is one old belief I must release to step fully into this goal?
(Examples: “I’m too tired.” “Nothing ever works for me.” “I always gain the weight back.”)

Daily Alignment

4. What’s one small action I can take daily to stay in harmony with this new goal and self-image?
