Below is your recommendations for you. I took all the information from your scan along with the information we talked about at lunch, and created your own plan. Looking at what is going on inside your body we can see that there is some inflammation (which you know is there). some imbalance in the hormones, some bacteria and also some candida. I look at health and weight loss from a functional perspective. This means we are looking to heal your body through the use of food not medicine. Both of the programs will help you ease into change. During the 28 To Elevate Program, you will begin by drinking 1/2 your body weight in water, exercising 30 minutes a day, doing your short "homework" for the day, and taking your supplements. Shoot for eating 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, and 1 fat at each meal. Don't stress if you are not perfect. Keep it close to 60/40 split during this time.
