Toxins & Detox Pathways

Your body is carrying a high load of environmental toxins — including mycotoxins, glyphosate, antibiotics, and water contaminants
These interfere with liver function, hormone clearance, and the gut lining. 
Your detox pathways are clogged, slowing metabolism and triggering inflammation. This is a major reason for your fatigue and resistance to weight loss.

Gallbladder

Your gallbladder is under significant stress. This can impair bile release, making it harder to digest fats and eliminate excess hormones. Symptoms like bloating, nausea, loose stools, and pain after eating are connected. Gallbladder congestion also blocks detox and contributes to emotional stagnation.

Liver

Though not flagged directly in the scan, the liver is indirectly burdened due to high toxin levels, hormone imbalance, and emotional suppression. The liver is responsible for filtering chemicals, used hormones, and emotional toxins. 
An overworked liver = low energy, irritability, hormonal swings, and trouble processing medications or supplements.

Adrenals & Hypothalamus

Adrenal score (159) and hypothalamus (11)  suggest you are living in a state of chronic stress. This “wired but tired” feeling is driven by cortisol imbalances. Your body isn’t getting the recovery time it needs, and hormones are misfiring — contributing to sleep issues, gut motility problems, and mood swings.

Healing Plan for the Next 4 Weeks

Weeks 1–2: Grounding and Gentle Support

  • Focus on hydration and mineral replenishment using food-based sources (coconut water, mineral-rich broths, herbal infusions) - be sure to focus on 1/2 your body weight in water with a pinch of sea salt several times a day. 
  • Add 1/2 fresh lemon to your water morning and night for helping with pH balance in the gut
  • Follow the low-oxalate meal plan consistently to reduce digestive burden and inflammation.
  • Begin emotional support: Gentle essential oils: Frankincense, Lavender, Release, Valor, or Tranquil Roll-On
  • Start castor oil packs 2–3 nights per week over the liver or abdomen.
  • Use supportive herbal teas: peppermint, ginger, lemon balm, or nettles for drainage and nourishment.

Weeks 3–4: Gentle Drainage and Lymph Flow

  • Begin dry brushing each morning before showering (stimulates lymph flow).
