Recipes for body wash

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2/3 unscented liquid Castile soap
- 2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
- 2 teaspoons sweet almond oil or apricot kernel oil
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E
- 20 drops of oils of your choice 

Step by step instructions: 
Step 1: combine coconut milk, castile soap, glycerin, almond oil, vitamin E 
Step 2: Stir well. 
Step 3: add 20 drops of oils of your choice

Oil mixture choices to add: 
12 drops orange + 8 drops sandalwood

7 drops lavender +drops orange+ 6 drops frankincense

8 drops peppermint + 4 drops orange + 4 drops lemon + 4 drops lime 

10 drops eucalyptus + 10 drops spearmint 
Shampoo

4 oz. filtered water
4oz. Dr. Bronner's Castile Liquid soap (Amazon)
20 drops Young Living oil of choice (use one of the combinations above)
8 oz Cobalt blue plastic bottle with Black disc lid
 
How to mix: 
Combine all ingredients together and shake well before each use

With all the yuck during the winter, this is the best roller blend ever. But you can use any timeime of year. 


Sink and Tile Scrub
1/2 cup baking soda
1 capful Thieves Household cleaner 
5 drops lemon oil
3 drops thieves oil

Combine all ingredients to make a paste. 
Clean with a soft brush or scrub cloth
Rinse with water to remove residue.

The diet at the end of the class is set up a little differently, but it is basically the same. This class is so much amazing, and it will continue to help you work through your mindset and your self image. That one step will begin to make a difference in your life. 

My diet:
Each meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
1 protein
1 fruit
1 vegetable 
1 good fat (coconut oil, olive oil, peanuts) 
Avoid: Gluten, dairy, and sugar
