Guided Body Transformation

A 6-Month Guided Body Transformation with Integrated Medical & Functional Care

A collaborative integrated health care model by Optimized Health + Elev8 Your Health

Medical oversight, Functional strategy. Time-respected care.

**If You’re Doing Everything Right…

But Your Body Still Isn’t Responding — This Is Why**

You’ve cleaned up your diet.
You stay active.
You’ve run labs, followed plans, maybe even tried supplements, hormones, or IVs.

And yet…

Your energy is still low.
Your weight won’t shift the way it should.
Your body feels stuck, inflamed, or unpredictable.

Here’s the truth most people are never told:
Your body may not be ready to respond — yet.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means your body needs a different kind of support.

About Your Care Team
Dr. Matt Davis, MD
Founder of Davis Orthopedic | Medical Director of Optimized Health

Medical Precision with a Whole-Person Perspective

For many years, I have practiced medicine in a system that excels at identifying disease — but often struggles to help people feel truly well.
Over time, I began to see the same pattern repeatedly: patients with “normal” labs who still felt exhausted, inflamed, stuck, or frustrated. People doing everything they were told to do — and still not getting better.

That’s where my approach began to change.
My role in this work is to provide medical oversight that is thoughtful, precise, and supportive of the body — not overriding it. Tools like labs, IV therapy, hormones, and peptides can be incredibly effective when used appropriately. But they work best when the body is prepared to respond.

Hormones are tools — not solutions.
Dosing matters.
Clearance matters.
Timing matters.

I believe medicine works best when it is integrated with functional strategy, not practiced in isolation. When we support the foundation of the body, medical interventions become safer, more effective, and more sustainable.

My goal is not to chase numbers or push aggressive protocols.
It is to optimize health in a way that respects biology, preserves long-term resilience, and supports real life.

Working alongside a practitioner who ensures cellular readiness allows the medical care I provide to truly take hold — and that collaboration is what protects outcomes for our clients.

Functional Insight Rooted in Real-Life Healing

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve already tried to take care of yourself — and you’re still searching for answers.

My work exists for people who are doing “all the right things” but don’t feel right in their bodies. People who are tired of guessing, overwhelmed by information, or frustrated that their effort hasn’t translated into results.

I don’t believe the body is broken.
I believe it’s communicating.

As a practitioner, my role is to help interpret what your body is saying — and to prepare it to respond. That means looking beyond symptoms and understanding how hydration, minerals, metabolism, digestion, hormones, muscle, and stress are working together (or competing) inside your system.
I don’t rush the body or force outcomes.

I focus on readiness, sequencing, and sustainability.

Real transformation takes time — about six months — because that’s how long it takes the body to adapt at a cellular level. My job is to make sure the foundation is strong so the work you’re doing actually sticks.

Most people don’t realize how much better they can feel until their body is finally supported in the right way. Walking alongside clients as they regain clarity, strength, and confidence in their bodies is a responsibility I take seriously — and one I consider an honor.

You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to be supported.

Why Most Health Approaches Fall Short

There are many places that offer labs, IV therapy, hormones, peptides, nutrition plans, or weight-loss programs.
Most of them focus on interventions.

What they rarely address is whether the body can actually:
  • absorb nutrients
  • metabolize protein
  • clear waste and hormones
  • regulate stress and inflammation
When the body doesn’t have that capacity, even the best tools stop working.
That’s where people get stuck — and start blaming themselves.

What We Offer Is Not a Quick Fix

We don’t offer shortcuts, challenges, or one-off solutions.

We guide people through true body transformation — the kind that happens when the body is prepared, supported, and given time to adapt.
This is not about forcing results.

It’s about building a body that can hold them.

Our Framework for Real Transformation
Body transformation requires three essential elements:
When one of these is missing, results stall — no matter how hard you try.

1. Capacity

Can your body absorb, metabolize, and clear what it’s given?

2. Signal

Is your body receiving the right inputs — food, movement, hormones, recovery, etc.

3. Time

Time for the body to integrate change, not just react to it.

If This Feels Familiar to You, You're in the Right Place

This work is for people who:
Are doing "all the right things" but still don't feel like themselves
Have been told their labs look normal, yet something still feels off
Feel tired, foggy, inflamed, stuck, or frustrated from stalled results.
Want clarity instead of another guess
Are ready to invest time and intention into their health

You don't need more willpower.
You need a body that's ready to respond.

This is a six-month, relationship-based model of care designed to help the body adapt, stabilize, and strengthen at a cellular level.
It is not a program, challenge, or bundle of services.
It is not insurance-based or rushed care.
It is intentional, integrated support for people who are ready to stop guessing and give their body the time it actually needs to change.

Why Six Months Matters

Six months allows us to support the body long enough for change to actually stick.

Six months gives the body enough time to fully integrate a new way of functioning

If we’re asking your body to:
  • metabolize protein differently
  • build and preserve muscle
  • clear hormones effectively
  • stabilize inflammation
  • regain metabolic resilience
…it needs time to become that body.

Anything less is guessing.
This isn’t about moving faster.
It’s about building something that lasts.

An Integrated Approach That Protects Outcomes

Transformation works best when care is integrated, not fragmented.

Medical oversight ensures safety, precision, and thoughtful use of tools like labs, IV therapy, hormones, and peptides.

Functional strategy prepares the body so those tools can actually work — by supporting metabolism, hydration, detox pathways, muscle, and nervous system regulation.

We don’t ask the body to change.
We prepare it to change.
This integration is what protects outcomes.

But preparation has to show up somewhere real.

It has to translate into measurable, functional change inside the body — not just “feeling better” or numbers on a scale.
That’s where muscle and body composition come in.

Why Muscle & Body Composition Matter

Muscle is not about aesthetics or weight loss.

It is one of the clearest indicators that the body:
  • is metabolizing protein effectively
  • is responding to hormones appropriately
  • has sufficient minerals and hydration
  • is resilient rather than stressed
When the body is prepared correctly, muscle becomes easier to build and easier to maintain.

Tracking body composition allows us to confirm that:
  • muscle is being built or preserved
  • weight loss comes from fat, not stress or breakdown
  • the body is becoming stronger and more stable over time
We’re not chasing numbers.
We’re validating transformation.

What This Process Looks Like

This is a six-month guided body transformation process, designed to respect biology and support lasting change.

Depending on your needs, your journey may include:
  • Functional urine and saliva testing to track adaptation
  • Medical lab oversight and interpretation
  • Strategic nutrition and meal planning
  • Hydration and mineral optimization
  • IV and red-light support when appropriate
  • Hormone and/or peptide strategies when needed
  • Regular check-ins for accountability and guidance
  • Body composition tracking at the beginning and end of the process
You won’t be rushed.
You won’t be left guessing.
We stay with you.

WHAT YOU’RE ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHING IN 6 MONTHS
Integration. Stability. Sustainability.
In six months, the body has time to:
  • adjust digestion and absorption
  • stabilize gut and skin turnover
  • regulate hormone signaling
  • build and preserve muscle
  • normalize inflammation patterns
  • establish new metabolic rhythms

A Personal Welcome
We want you to know how honored we are that you’re here.
Choosing to take responsibility for your health in a deeper, more intentional way is not small. Many people never slow down long enough to listen to what their body is truly asking for — and that matters more than you may realize.
We believe caring for your body is one of the greatest acts of stewardship.

Not perfection.

Not pressure.

But honoring the life and calling you’ve been given so you can show up fully for the people and purposes you were created to serve.
This process is not designed to rush you or run you through a system.

It is designed to walk with you — to listen, to guide, and to support your body as it learns how to function, heal, and adapt in a sustainable way.

True transformation takes time, trust, and partnership.

We are committed to all three.

You are not expected to figure this out alone.

What Others Are Saying
Below are a few examples of how this integrated approach has supported real people through very different seasons of life and health. Names and identifying details have been changed to protect privacy, but the experiences reflect the kind of care and partnership our clients receive.

Sarah – Surgical Recovery & Whole-Body Support

“I didn’t realize how much strength mattered until I needed it.”
Sarah came to us during a season where her body was under extreme stress. She was preparing for major surgery and wanted to do everything possible to support her health before and after the procedure.
Together, we focused on building her body’s capacity — supporting hydration, mineral balance, liver function, and metabolic stability before surgery, and helping her body clear anesthesia and inflammatory byproducts afterward.
Her care included functional urine testing, medical lab oversight, IV therapy, peptide support, and a personalized nutrition strategy designed to help her body absorb what it needed during recovery.
What stood out most was not just how she healed — but how well her body handled the process.
She regained strength steadily, returned to daily life sooner than expected, and was able to resume exercising, caring for her family, and living fully again with confidence.
“I felt supported the whole way through — not rushed, not guessed at. My body was prepared, and that changed everything.”

Michael – Precision Hormone Care & Metabolic Support

“I wanted to feel like myself again — not overcorrected, not ignored.”
Michael came to us feeling frustrated and uncertain. He knew something was off hormonally, but he didn’t want a one-size-fits-all solution or aggressive treatment without understanding what his body actually needed.
Through careful lab interpretation and ongoing access to medical oversight, his hormone therapy was introduced thoughtfully and adjusted with precision. At the same time, functional testing revealed deeper metabolic and digestive factors affecting how his body was responding.
With targeted nutritional support, sleep optimization, and a personalized meal strategy, his energy stabilized, mental clarity returned, and his confidence in his care grew.

“Knowing I could ask questions, adjust things safely, and have both medical and functional support made all the difference. I finally felt like someone was looking at the whole picture.”

Laura – Complex Health & Ongoing Stability

“I needed consistency, not constant guessing.”

Laura’s health picture was layered and complex. Hormonal imbalance was only one piece of a larger story involving digestion, inflammation, energy regulation, and long-term stress on her system.

Instead of chasing symptoms, we focused on helping her body maintain stability over time.

With regular functional testing, medical monitoring, and ongoing strategy adjustments, she gained clarity around what her body needed day to day — not just during flare-ups.

That consistency helped her move out of survival mode and into something steadier and more sustainable.

“I finally understand what my body is doing and how to support it. That alone lifted so much fear and confusion.”

Your Next Step
If this resonates, the next step isn't another plan.

It’s clarity.

We don’t practice in silos.
We work together to support the body as a whole — medically, functionally, and over time.

This partnership exists so you don’t have to choose between:
  • medical care or functional care
  • optimization or safety
  • clarity or compassion
You deserve all of it.
And we are honored to walk with you.
