Investment in Transformation

Guided health transformation built to last

This Is Not a Menu of Services

We don’t price individual tests, IVs, or visits because transformation doesn’t happen in pieces.
This work is offered as a six-month guided body transformation experience — designed to support how the body actually adapts over time.
Our focus is not on selling services.
It’s on protecting outcomes.

The Guided Body Transformation Experience

6 Months of Integrated Medical + Functional Care
This experience is designed to help the body:
  • absorb nutrients effectively
  • metabolize protein and energy
  • clear hormones and metabolic waste
  • build and preserve muscle
  • stabilize inflammation and resilience
Care is sequenced, adjusted, and supported over time — not rushed or stacked.

What’s Included

Depending on your individual needs, your care may include:
  • Medical oversight and lab interpretation
  • Functional urine and saliva testing to track how your body is responding
  • Hormone metabolism testing (such as DUTCH testing) when appropriate
  • Strategic nutrition and metabolic guidance
  • IV therapy and peptide support when indicated
  • Body composition tracking to validate muscle preservation and metabolic progress
  • Regular check-ins to guide adjustments as your body adapts
Every plan is personalized.
Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
We don’t guess.
We stay with the body long enough for changes to become sustainable.

Why Six Months Matters
True biological change takes time.
Six months allows the body to fully adapt to the changes we will be making — which is why this model focuses on sustainability, not speed.

We don’t ask the body to change.
We prepare it to change.

How Support Is Determined

We don’t follow a preset protocol or checklist.

Your care is guided by a combination of
  • medical labs
  • functional testing
  • body composition data
  • how your body responds over time.
Rather than making decisions from a single snapshot, we look at patterns and adaptation — adjusting support as your body stabilizes and builds capacity.

This is why ongoing guidance matters more than one-time testing.

  • want relationship-based care
  • are ready to commit time to real change

If you’re looking for a one-time service or rapid reset, this may not be the right fit.
If you’re looking for guidance, partnership, and lasting outcomes — it often is.

FAQs
Quick answers to help you decide if this is the right next step.
Is this a program for one person or can multiple family members be included?
This experience is designed for one individual.
Each body requires personalized assessment, testing, interpretation, and ongoing guidance. Because of that level of customization and care, this is not a family or shared plan.
That said, family members often choose to go through their own transformation experience separately when they see the results.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available.
Because this is a six-month, relationship-based experience, payment plans include a small service fee. Specific options can be discussed during your clarity call so we can determine what works best for you.

I have a diagnosis (diabetes, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hormone imbalance, etc.). Is this the right place for me?
Many of our clients come to us with existing diagnoses or long-standing health challenges.
While we do cure disease, our work focuses on supporting the overall health and function of the body — helping it become more resilient, stable, and capable of responding to medical care and daily life.
This experience often supports people navigating:
  • metabolic or blood sugar challenges
  • hormone transitions
  • inflammatory or pain-related conditions
  • digestive or absorption issues
  • recovery from illness or surgery
The clarity call helps us determine whether this supportive approach aligns with your needs.

Are you replacing my doctor or current medical care?
No.
This work is designed to complement medical care, not replace it.
Medical oversight is an important part of this integrated model, and we work thoughtfully alongside existing providers when appropriate. Our role is to support the body so medical care, lifestyle changes, and interventions can work more effectively.

Why do you only offer a six-month option?
Because meaningful, sustainable change takes time.
Six months allows us to:
  • observe how your body responds over time
  • adjust care as your body adapts
  • confirm that changes are stabilizing — not temporary
Shorter timelines often lead to short-lived results. We intentionally design this experience to support outcomes that last.

Can I just do testing, labs, or IV therapy without committing to the full experience?
Our pricing reflects a guided transformation model, not individual services.
While some services may be available independently in other contexts, this experience is designed as an integrated, long-term process. That structure is what protects outcomes and allows us to provide thoughtful, personalized care.

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit for me?
That’s exactly what the clarity call is for.
The clarity call is not a sales call — it’s a conversation to explore whether this approach aligns with your goals, readiness, and expectations.
If it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you that honestly.

What kind of results should I expect?
Results vary because every body is different.
Rather than promising specific outcomes, our goal is to help your body:
  • become more stable and resilient
  • respond more effectively to support
  • build strength and metabolic capacity
  • sustain changes over time
Many clients report improvements in energy, clarity, body composition, recovery, and confidence in understanding their health — but this experience is not about guarantees or quick fixes.

How much time does this require from me?
This experience is designed for busy lives.
Most of the work happens through guided strategy, regular check-ins, and thoughtful support — not constant appointments. We’ll clearly outline expectations during your clarity call so you know what’s involved before committing.

What happens if I start and realize this isn’t what I expected?
We prioritize clarity and alignment from the beginning to avoid this situation.
If concerns arise, they’re addressed directly and thoughtfully. Our goal is always respectful communication and appropriate next steps — not pressure or obligation.

How do I get started?
The first step is a clarity call.
Is this a weight loss program?
Weight loss is often a result of this work — but it is not the only goal.
Many people come to us because they are frustrated with weight that won’t budge, even though they’re eating well and staying active. In those cases, weight gain or resistance is often a sign that the body is under stress, not functioning efficiently, or struggling to metabolize and regulate properly.

Our focus is on supporting the body so it can:
  • regulate blood sugar and hormones
  • metabolize protein and energy more effectively
  • build and preserve muscle
  • reduce inflammation and stress responses
When the body becomes more stable and resilient, weight loss often follows naturally — and more sustainably.
Rather than forcing weight loss, we focus on helping the body function better so results can actually last.

How Are Decisions Made?
Your care is never based on a preset protocol or a single test.

We use medical labs, functional testing, body composition data, and ongoing check-ins to understand how your body is functioning and adapting over time. Support is chosen based on patterns and response — not assumptions — and adjusted as your body builds stability and capacity.

This is why guidance over time matters more than one-time testing.
