Here is the 5-day cleanse. It has all the information you will need to get started on the cleanse. It is going to be so good. Go ahead and print this handout so you can begin getting familiar with it. 



Zyto Insights Wellness scan Intake form 
Click on form, fill it out, and I will send you the invite to do your scan. Just be sure to read the instructions as you go and fill out the information. 

While doing your scan, you will come to a screen that does a voice recording. It is only 10 seconds, so don't stress. You will need to use your cell phone to do the scan. It will take a total of about 10 minutes to complete the questions and scan. 

You will be prompted to create a free account so you can take the scan and have access to it later. When done, I will receive the scan and I will go over your results with you.

This is the easiest way I have found to cleanse. I love this and it makes life so much easier than counting carbs and all the things.

I know it is so weird to think about writing out your food, mood, poop each day, but this is very important for your gut health. 
It is so important that our colon is working at its best. At any given time, we carry around an extra 7 pounds of petrified poop inside our colon. One of our main purposes of cleansing is to get all that excess out of our system. Print out the food, mood, poop form and make plenty of copies so you are able see where your body is at the moment and take note of what makes your system work better or worse as you are eating at each meal. Our goal is to begin having 2-3 poops a day because what goes in, must come out.
