About Mari

Mari Handley’s journey into functional wellness began in the most personal way possible — as a mother searching for answers. When her first child was diagnosed with PKU 21 years ago, she stepped into a world of strict food limits, overwhelming information, and very few holistic resources. Instead of accepting guesswork, Mari devoted herself to learning the science behind the body: understanding how chemistry, minerals, emotions, and nutrition shape every part of how we feel and function.

Now a Functional Nutritionist, educator, and RBTI Specialist, Mari has spent more than two decades navigating the emotional, physical, and nutritional challenges that come with raising children who need specialized care. With six kids — four with PKU — she knows that food is never just food. It’s fear, worry, math, heartache, victories, and hope. Her family’s journey inspired her to pursue advanced training in functional nutrition, RBTI testing, and bioenergetic analysis so she could help other families find the answers she once had to fight for.

With a heart for overwhelmed parents, exhausted women, and anyone who feels like traditional healthcare hasn’t given them the whole picture, Mari brings clarity, compassion, and real solutions.
