RBTI and Scan: What are they telling you?

Understanding the Numbers and your results:
Welcome to the RBTI (Reams Biological Theory of Ionization) analysis section. Here, we're dedicated to helping you understand what each part of the test means, so you can take proactive steps towards better health and well-being. We assess seven key components in your urine and saliva. 

The concept of RBTI is rooted in the understanding that our bodies require a balanced internal level of calcium. Just as the earth's soil must maintain a healthy mineral ratio for optimal growth, so too must our bodies sustain a harmonious mineral balance. Achieving this equilibrium is essential for better health and overall well-being.

Let’s break down what each test measures and the significance of its results.

Here is your numbers: 

1. Sugar: (Test 1) This test measures the sugar content in your urine, providing insights into your body’s carbohydrate metabolism and energy production. Ideal sugar levels reflect balanced energy levels, while deviations can hint at metabolic inefficiencies.

2. pH (Upper and Lower): (Test 2 &3)
   - Upper pH: Refers to the pH of your urine, capturing the acidity or alkalinity of your body’s waste. This can indicate how effectively your body is eliminating toxins.
   - Lower pH: Refers to the pH of your saliva. Saliva pH indicates your digestive enzyme activity and overall digestive health. Both pH values together help us understand your body's acid-base balance.

3. Salt: (Test 4) This test measures the salt or electrolyte concentration in your urine. It’s essential for assessing your hydration status, electrolyte balance, and adrenal function. Proper salt levels are crucial for cellular hydration and overall energy.



Continued numbers: 

4. Albumin: (Test 5) Albumin in the urine is a marker of kidney function. Normally, albumin should be retained in the blood. Elevated levels in the urine can indicate stress on the kidneys or issues with their filtration capacity.

5. Ureas (Nitrogen Waste): (Test 6 &7)
   - Kidney Urea (NH3): This measures the nitrogen waste processed by your kidneys. High or low levels can indicate how well your kidneys are functioning and filtering waste.
   - Liver Urea (NH2): This measures the nitrogen waste related to liver function. It gives insights into protein metabolism and liver health, with imbalances potentially indicating liver stress or inefficiency.

By carefully evaluating these seven components, we can create a comprehensive picture of your metabolic status, organ function, and overall health. Understanding these numbers isn't just about tracking changes—it's about empowering you with the knowledge to make informed health decisions and achieve a balanced, vibrant life.



Intake form and Zyto Scan: Your Personal Results


These are the findings based off our discussion, the RBTI, and your past and present feelings and the findings from your zyto scan. We will walk through what I found. 
Your Results

From RBTI 
Sugars: Level is 4.0 
This means your sugar is a little high. Below is what can be the causes, symptoms, and some recommendations to reduce this number. 
Causes: limited nutrients, weak liver and pancreatic function, even if there is plenty of water intake- the body is not absorbing the nutrients. 
Symptoms: Parasites, fungus, fatigue, poor healing ability
Recommendations: Pure water, green drinks with clean veggies and fruits, enzymes, and no sugar after 2pm. Drink the lemon water mix below 2 times a day to help level out the pH in your body. This will help tremendously in getting things back to normal. You will do this for 2 weeks. 

Lemonade mix: 9 oz. Water add a 1oz. of fresh lemon juice. This will be fresh lemon squeezed, not the lemon from a bottle. We are looking to bring in the natural conversion of the lemon from acid to alkaline that occurs in the body. This is so important. 

pH: Upper and lower: Upper: 6.6/ lower 5.5
  • Lower digestion is moving very fast while upper digestion is moving 
  • This means that there is little absorption and assimilation of nutrients 
  • You have a large split pattern in your pH numbers. This large split causes a greater energy loss which causes you to be tired. 
  • Alkaline saliva means you have a lack of HCI in the stomach which can impair digestion significantly since food is not able to properly digest and move it into the lower digestive tract. Need more vitamin C.
  • Bowels may seem as if they are moving but they are eliminating food that is days old. 
  • Alkaline saliva means you need some vitamin C. . 
  • May need some Super Magnesium for adrenal support and feel more rested from sleep.  


The continued results for RBTI: Salt, Albumin, and Ureas
Salt: Your salt level is 20.0
This level indicates that your salt level is a little high. 

When the body is breaking down the dead cells in your body, it releases more salt to the body. This creates an electrical current which can cause the levels of salt to go up too much depending on how the body is breaking down cells. 

What do we see in your levels:
  • water retention,
  • deterioration of the myelin sheath
  • joint stiffness
  • Lack of oxygen
  • lack of calcium 
  • not enough potassium
See below my recommendations for each of these areas.
Albumin: Your Albumin level is 4M++

This level indicates a high rate of cellular turnover with an abundance of cell debris. Although the body doesn't repair or rebuild worn-out cells, it replenishes them entirely every 6 months. Each month, new cells are generated, and their quality—good or bad—depends on our diet, lifestyle, and what we introduce into our system. By looking back at our habits from 6 months ago, we can gain insight into our current health status. Without positive health changes, our condition will continue to decline.

However, by incorporating healthier foods, high-quality supplements, and reducing toxins in your life, you can experience remarkable and beautiful improvements in your health.  

With your levels, this is what we see: You have an insufficient quantity of water, kidney weakness, increased inflammation, these numbers mixed with the salt level means the immune function is over active. These happenings in the body which can cause dehydration, lower amounts of mineral absorption, and possible infection.  

This number will be the last one to come into balance because we don't want to make sure that all the cell debris is coming out. So, that is a good thing. 

Total Ureas: Liver and kidney function: 11/7 with a total of 18.
 
Urea is a byproduct of protein metabolism and tissue breakdown in the body. The value represents the amount of unutilized protein being processed by the liver and subsequently sent to the kidneys for elimination. 

This measurement indicates the body's efficiency in utilizing dietary protein and the kidneys' capability to expel toxins resulting from tissue metabolism.

Your total urea level is at 18 so we see that with every number jump from the "perfect" place that is 4x more stress on the heart. This number combined with the salt level, makes me think about cholesterol and heart. 

Some recommendations for lower these numbers are: Truly focusing on the foundations of health. 
  • Getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night
  • Eat a combo of 1 protein, 1 vegetable, and 1 fruit at each meal (you can change out the fruit for another veggie if you like). 
  • Reduce bread intake and eat gluten free
  • No sugar after 2pm
  • drink 1/2 body weight in water
  • Get mineral essence. 
All of these things will be a huge help in bringing these numbers into balance. 

Below I will split all my recommendations into two groups: Good, better, and best. Typically, I have the scan recommendations along with the RBTI lists. So, feel free to talk over with Tina if there is something that seems like it is overlapping in areas. 

You can pick which plan you want to go with and begin working through the plan. 
Below I have made 3 rows for you. The "good, better, best" lists. With this list, you can choose where to begin. Of course, with anything, the more you put in the more you get out. The "best" list will get results faster, but if you feel like you need to begin a little slower, then start with the "good" list and move forward and work into the "best" list.

The 2 non-negotiables: 
  1. Be sure to do the lemon water everyday. shoot for every hour, but if it causes diarrhea then go to 2 times a day. 
  2. Work through the 28 to Elevate at the top of the page.

Diet Plan

 Ok Since you are not needing to lose weight, we are looking at a diet plan for simply getting rid of parasites, building up the good bacteria in your gut, and helping to balance the pH in your gut. In the link below, you will find the 14 day reset. within this link, there is a spot that says meal plans. Click on the meal plan tab and look through all the different plans and see what appeals to you. Any of these will be good choices. Now, it suggests getting NingXia Red. It is a great choice to drink NingXia but it is not a must.
