RBTI Numbers Breakdown

  • Sugar: 4.0
    • This is below ideal (ideal is 6.4), which may suggest low energy availability, low adrenal function, or a lack of available simple sugars for the brain and muscles.
    • This could directly relate to memory and word recall issues due to insufficient glucose delivery to the brain.
  • Urine pH: 6.6 | Saliva pH: 5.6
    • These numbers are inverted. Ideally, saliva should be more alkaline than urine (6.4/6.4 is the standard goal).
    • This may indicate digestive stress, pancreatic insufficiency, and possibly brain fog from poor digestion and mineral absorption.
    • The acidic saliva is also correlated with nerve stress, and in this case, may contribute to neurological symptoms like speech difficulty.
  • Salt: 28 C
    • Elevated. This suggests dehydration, possible kidney or lymphatic stress, and thickened fluids. When salts are this high, the body may not be efficiently moving nutrients or waste products.
    • Thick blood can lead to sluggish circulation, especially to the brain.
  • Albumin: 4M+
    • Excessive albumin indicates protein waste in the urine, possibly due to kidney strain or tissue breakdown. This can point to inflammation, toxic buildup, or high stress on the organs.
  • Ureas: 8/7 (Total 16)
    • Ideal urea range is 3/3 to 6/6 (total of 6–12), so this is elevated, suggesting protein digestion issues, likely from poor enzyme production, liver/gallbladder stress, or too much protein intake for the body to handle.
    • High ureas can cause mental fog, irritability, and confusion due to ammonia buildup.

Summary of RBTI Pattern

Your client is showing a pattern of:
  • Low sugar = low brain fuel
  • Inverted pHs = poor digestion + nerve stress
  • High salt = dehydration, sluggish circulation
  • High urea = ammonia toxicity & liver/gut stress
  • High albumin = kidney strain and protein waste
These combined can definitely contribute to memory problems, confusion, and trouble speaking.

Step 1: Start Here
First 2 weeks

  1. Hydration protocol:
    • Use distilled water with lemon and a pinch of sea salt (8 oz. every 30–45 minutes) to start flushing salts.
    • Begin focusing on drinking 1/2 your body weight in water daily.
    • Avoid carbonated drinks and caffeine, which may worsen dehydration.
  2. Gentle natural sugars for the brain:
    • Small amounts of natural sugars from grapes, apples, pears, carrots, or even a small spoonful of raw honey or Grade B Maple Syrup mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
    • This will help raise sugar levels and feed the brain without overtaxing digestion.

NOTE: Lemonade mix - Do this every top of the hour all throughout the day everyday.
1/2 lemon of a fresh lemon (mix up each glass when you are ready to drink it)
8 oz. water
2 tbsp Grade B Maple syrup (Grade B has more nutrients in the syrup)
pinch of sea salt

**The link below has the full lemonade diet in it. It is pretty intense but it is a great detox. I put it here just in case you want to check it out. But it is not what you are doing at the moment. We are keeping things simple.
Recommendations
Week 2-6

  1. Reduce protein temporarily:
    • Since ureas are elevated, focus on easier-to-digest proteins (steamed fish, eggs, plant-based sources) and limit red meat or high-fat animal proteins.
    • Avoid protein powders for now.
  2. Increase bitter and digestive foods:
    • Include beets, dandelion greens, artichokes, lemon water, or apple cider vinegar before meals to support bile flow and detox.

Supplement Suggestions

  • Brain & Nerve Support:
    • Premier Research Labs NeuroVen (for mitochondrial support + brain clarity)
    • B-Complex from Premier or Super B from Young Living (methylated if MTHFR status is unknown)
  • Kidney & Liver Drainage:
    • Premier Renaven support
    • Gentle liver herbs like milk thistle or dandelion root tea
    • Consider adding a gentle binder (charcoal or zeolite) if detox pathways are open
  • Enzymes & Digestion:
    • Broad-spectrum digestive enzyme with HCl, especially with protein meals (Desbio)
