Your Body Isn’t Broken — It’s Communicating

🧬 What Albumin Says About Your Health: The Cellular Debris You Shouldn't Ignore

When people hear the word albumin, they usually think of a blood test. But in the RBTI world, albumin is about something deeper — it’s your body’s cellular waste report card.
Let me explain why this number matters, and how it connects to healing, energy, and the stress your body is carrying.

💡 What Is Albumin in RBTI?

In RBTI testing, albumin shows us the amount of cellular debris your body is excreting through the urine. Think of it like a “shed skin” — old, broken-down cell parts that your body is releasing.
We’re not just looking at inflammation. We’re asking:
👉 Are your cells under repair?
👉 Are you detoxing effectively?
👉 Are your organs under strain or trauma?
Too much or too little albumin both matter — and both tell us a lot.

🔺 When Albumin Is High

If your albumin number is elevated, your body may be:
  • Breaking down too many cells too quickly
  • Under oxidative stress (inflammation, toxicity, trauma)
  • Overworking the liver or kidneys
  • Experiencing unresolved emotional stress or stored trauma
This can feel like:
  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog
  • Chronic pain
  • Feeling like your body is "tired on a cellular level"
High albumin is your body’s way of saying:
🛑 "I’m cleaning up a mess — and I need help clearing it out."

🔻 When Albumin Is Low

If albumin is too low, it could mean:
  • You’re not detoxing well
  • Cellular turnover is sluggish
  • You may be deficient in minerals or hydration
  • Your immune or lymphatic system might be overwhelmed
You may feel:
  • Foggy or heavy
  • Unmotivated
  • Slower to heal or respond to wellness routines
This is like a stagnant pond — nothing’s flushing out, and your system needs support to move again.

⚖️ Albumin + The Other RBTI Numbers

Albumin never works alone. In RBTI, we always look at how your numbers relate to each other.
  • High salt + high albumin → dehydration + detox overload
  • High sugar + high albumin → inflammation + mineral loss
  • Low pH + high albumin → body is acidic and dumping waste
  • Low albumin + low ureas → poor digestion, weak rebuilding
When we pair this with your Visera scan, we see where the stress is showing up — liver? Kidneys? Gut? Thyroid? Emotions?

🌿 What Visera Scans Add

If you're not local, I offer remote Visera scans — and they work beautifully with your RBTI results.
Visera helps reveal:
  • Which organs are under pressure
  • How emotional trauma is showing up physically
  • Where inflammation and energy blockages exist
  • Which systems need detox, balance, or rest
Together, RBTI and Visera help create your custom healing blueprint — so we can support your body with the right tools at the right time.
