Emotions are a part of our everyday lives. They are unavoidable, and they are valuable to us! 

Emotions are simply reactions that we experience in response to events or situations. The type of emotion we experience is determined by the circumstance that triggers the emotion. For instance, a person experiences joy when they receive good news. A person experiences fear when they are threatened.

There is a physical reason for this. Our brains have specific areas where we process emotion

Through the 3 weeks of this course, we will discover how to deal with these emotions, create very definite and significant boundaries, understand where all this emotions are coming from and how to finally exhale them for good. 

You will come away with real tangible action steps and a better mindset. You will begin to see a shift in friendships and how others begin to treat you.

Day 1: Mastering Your Mindset

Day 1 we'll work on developing a positive and growth-oriented mindset. We'll explore powerful mindset exercises that will help you overcome limiting beliefs and challenges that have held you back in the past. You'll learn how to cultivate a mindset of abundance, gratitude, and resilience that empowers you to achieve your goals.

Day 2: Increase Your Energy Daily

On Day 2, we'll focus on increasing your energy level. We'll dive into natural methods that will boost your energy and productivity, including nutrition, exercise, and Natural resources that will help you feel more vital in your day to day life. You'll learn simple strategies that will help you optimize your physical and mental energy, so you can tackle any task with enthusiasm and ease.

Day 3: Living Life By Design

 Day 3 is all about designing your life on your terms. We'll explore tools and techniques that will empower you to clarify your goals, prioritize your time, and take action on your dreams. You'll learn how to set clear intentions, use effective visualization practices, and create a concrete plan to achieve the outcomes you desire and break those chains that are holding  you back from your goals.

Day 4 and 5 I'll teach you:

  • How to create sustainable habits that SUPPORT YOUR GOALS.

  • How to create HABITS THAT STICK, create and establish a routine, and understanding how to move forward in emotional wellbeing. 

  • How to enable you to achieve your goals in a CONSISTENT AND EFFORTLESS way after chunking the emotional bounds to the curb. 

  • The exact tools to use to discover how to maintain your momentum and apply what you've learned to continue growing, expanding, and succeeding.
